This series of workshops helps administrators deal with the challenges of balancing work and family life. Gone are the days when employees left their family challenges and home issues at the door of their places of employment–if, in fact, that time ever existed. Each 2-hour Lunch 'N Learn Workshop is highly participative with an emphasis on becoming more efficient and productive immediately back on the job. Administrators give 1 hour of time–the organization gives 1 hour–a true learning partnership.
