Elizabeth Black, President, AdminForum Prior to founding AdminForum, Betty was Vice-President, Human Resources, Director of Employee and Organizational Development and Principal Consultant for global information technology firms, top-tier management consulting firms and global accounting firms. Betty also financed her university education by performing the duties of an executive administrative assistant to global manufacturing executives and real estate sole practitioners. Her background in curriculum development, HR best practices and organizational learning, enabled Betty to learn what it takes to be successful at all levels of an organization. However, her heart and soul are focused upon support staff, and thus, AdminForum was born.
